Come up with a fun tradition Start a fun tradition with your family/friends that will motivate you to get out of your house each week. Take advantage of cold weather activities Bundle up and get outside and go ice skating or, if you would rather stay indoors, invite your people over for a cozy movie night or to bake treats Explore new places and hobbies Round up your family/friends and check out that new restaurant or new store. Look into gym memberships and yoga or dance classes.
